Acquisition Criteria

Hobson Property Investments, LLC is actively seeking acquisitions throughout Maine and Massachusetts up to $30 Million.  We will consider the following property types:

– Single-family Residential Land suited for subdivision development (either permitted or not)
– Multi-family Land suited for Apartment Development projects (48+ units)
– Condo Projects (12 units or less)
– Rehabilitation and development opportunities
– Commercial or Residential Land sites
– Existing Apartment Buildings (stabilized or not)
– Buildings for Rehab suitable for residential or condo development

We are highly responsive and have the ability to close quickly through the use of our own funds and/or a stable group of high net-worth individuals that have repeatedly invested in our deals.  We act exclusively as Principals, purchasing on an all cash basis with short due diligence periods.  We ensure that all brokers will be protected.
