HISTORY
Hobson Property Investments, LLC grew out of another entity founded in 1996. The first transactions involved multi-family, single family and student housing investments. That portfolio was sold in 2001 to enable the company to shift its focus to commercial properties. The company’s assets are divided between residential and commercial investments with particular emphasis on commercial.

MISSION
Hobson Property Investments’ mission is to selectively invest in and improve medical, apartment buildings, single-family developments, residential condo developments, residential and commercial rehab projects, mixed-use properties, commercial land, and residential land sites throughout New England. The company’s entrepreneurial flair is reflected in its deal-making approach to investing. Expertise lies in prudent capital expenditures, hands-on asset management and measured cost cutting. This powerful combination goes to the core of the company’s philosophy. The enhanced cash flow that has occurred as a result of this philosophy, combined with conservative debt levels, has served to enhance building values and solidify Hobson Property Investments place in the top tier of entrepreneurial owners.

Nick Coppola – Member and Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Coppola’s experience in commercial investment real estate spans 26 years. He has founded four companies and has successfully completed over 50 property acquisitions/dispositions totaling in excess of $300 Million.
