HISTORY
Hobson Property Investments, LLC grew out of another entity founded in 1996. The first transactions involved multi-family, single family and student housing investments. That portfolio was sold in 2001 to enable the company to shift its focus to commercial properties. The company’s assets are divided between residential and commercial investments with particular emphasis on residential single-family and multi-family development projects in the states of Maine and Massachusetts.

MISSION
Hobson Property Investments’ mission: To invest in and improve land suitable for apartment projects and  single-family developments. We will consider residential condo developments, residential and commercial rehab projects, mixed-use properties, commercial land, and residential land sites throughout Maine. The company’s entrepreneurial flair is reflected in its deal-making approach to investing and getting projects completed and performing.

As a service business, our company is only as good as its people. We at Hobson Property Investments have assembled a group of seasoned, forward thinking professionals. Each advisor is an expert in their field; making transactions and projects a reality .

Nick Coppola – Member and Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Coppola’s experience in commercial investment real estate spans 30 years. He has founded four companies and has successfully completed over 50 property acquisitions/dispositions totaling in excess of $300 Million.
